1. What is happening:

Tulcartis SP. Z O.O. a registered crypto-asset service provider (CASP), will cease providing crypto‑asset services to clients in the European Union with effect from 30 June 2026, in accordance with the end of the transitional period under Article 143(3) of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCA), which expires on 30 June 2026.

From that date, we will no longer be authorised to provide crypto‑asset services to you from this entity.

2. What you need to do:

You are required to take action in relation to your account, including any crypto‑assets and fiat funds held with us.

You may choose to:

Withdraw your crypto‑assets to a wallet of your choice
Transfer your crypto‑assets to an authorised crypto‑asset service provider
Withdraw any fiat funds held in your account

We strongly encourage you to complete these actions before 30 June 2026.

3. What happens after 30 June 2026:

If you do not take action before the deadline:

your account will be restricted to withdrawal-only functionality; this withdrawal-only period will remain open indefinitely until you have withdrawn all assets and funds
all services, including trading, exchange, and deposits, will be terminated
your assets and funds will remain safeguarded
you will still be able to withdraw them at any time, subject to applicable procedures

if assets or funds remain unclaimed after an extended period, we will retain them in safeguarding and contact you using the details on your account; we will not dispose of or transfer unclaimed assets without prior written notice to you

4. Important information about your assets

Your crypto‑assets and fiat funds remain your property
We will not transfer your assets or funds to any third party without your instruction
You retain the right to withdraw your assets at any time
